Welcome to NextDoor Technologies. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

NextDoor Technologies provides digital services including web and app development, AI tools, digital marketing, video editing, and analytics. All services are governed by the terms outlined in the mutually agreed proposal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to engage our services.

3. Payments

  • An upfront payment of 50% is required to begin work.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

  • Payments must be made through secure online gateways.

  • Work commences only after receipt of the initial payment.

4. Refund Policy

We provide a performance-based, 6-month money-back guarantee on select services.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Deliverables were not completed as agreed.

  • You have fulfilled all your responsibilities.

  • A written refund request is submitted within 10 business days after the 6-month term.

Refund Conditions:

  • No refunds for project cancellations, delays caused by the client, or third-party issues.

  • Partial work may qualify for partial refunds only.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method and are subject to gateway policies.

  • Processing fees may not be refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information.

  • Respond promptly to communications.

  • Grant access required to complete the project.

6. Ownership & Use

All work created remains the property of NextDoor Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute deliverables without prior consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client data and business information and not disclose sensitive information to third parties.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate services if terms are violated. Cancellation requests will be honored, but all work completed up to that point remains billable.

9. Liability

NextDoor Technologies is not liable for indirect losses, business outcomes, or unforeseen results. Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Disputes

Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will take place at:
